My name is Lexie. I’m a Girl Scout that just earned my Gold Award, the highest achievement that a Girl Scout can earn. Over my 10 years in Girl Scouts, I’ve had the opportunity to give back to my community in many ways. My passion for helping families and children, of all ages, led to the creation of the Buddy Bag. I personally handpicked every item that was included in the Buddy Bag. In addition, I created a coloring/activity book to allow the children to have the freedom to creatively express themselves with color, art, and words.
I had an unbelievable opportunity to partner with The Believe in Tomorrow Children’s House at Johns Hopkins. This partnership provided me a strong foundation and acknowledgement that the items that I included in the Buddy Bag would make a huge impact on the lives of the children and their families.

The Believe in Tomorrow Children’s House at Johns Hopkins is an amazing organization that provides services, to include housing, to the families and critically ill children receiving treatment at the world-renowned Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore, MD. Their programs make a significant difference during this difficult time.
While I am honored to help impact the lives of 50 children residing at The Believe in Tomorrow Children’s House at Johns Hopkins, the children and families still need your help. Please take a moment to review their Website for other ways that you can donate. Even the smallest donation helps the children to “Believe in Tomorrow”.
