Calling all Girl Scouts!!
I would like to challenge the Girl Scouts to help continue making an impact into the lives of children and their families. You may do so by accepting the Buddy Bag Challenge.
I challenge you to select any backpack/bag and create a Buddy Bag consisting of motivational and inspirational items. A PDF of the activity booklet that I created and included in my Buddy Bag can be found under the Buddy Bag header. It can be printed double sided and included in your Buddy Bag.
The Buddy Bag should be donated to a child in need. My Buddy Bags went to the children that are receiving medical treatment at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore; however, you may deliver your Buddy Bag to any child that needs a little help believing in tomorrow.
Once you donate the Buddy Bag, contact me either on this Website or e-mailing me at buddybag.believeintomorrow@gmail.com. Include in the e-mail the following: Name, Address, Girl Scout Level, Troop Number, some details on what you included in your Buddy Bag, a little about the recipient, and your most rewarding part about the Buddy Bug Challenge.
The first 100 Girl Scouts who complete the Buddy Bag Challenge will receive a free Buddy Bag patch!
As of February 1, 2023, 275 Girl Scouts have completed the Buddy Bag Challenge and donated Buddy Bags to children around the World.
